Working principle
The colloid mill is driven by the relative motion of rotors and stators under the power of electric motor.The rotor rates at a high speed,while the stator remains stationary.The processed material is subjected to strong shearing and friction force,and under the action of high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex,which effectively crushed,emulsified,homogenized and mixed,so as to obtain the required fine grinding fineness.
The high-speed shearing force of the stator and rotor at 3000rpm,can effectively ensure the quality and effect of the slurry.
