Fruit pulping machine

Description

The DJ1 Series pulper machine is suitable for a various of fruits and vegetables pulping and separating. (such as: tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, Apples, grapes, pears, orange etc.)

MDJ2 Series fruit pulp machine is well-suited for all kinds of stone fruits(mango, peach and apricot), berries class(yangtao, strawberry), and the precooking and softening class(apple, pear)etc. This machine is used for separating fruit paste and other impurities automatically.

The fruit pulp processing,the first-pass can achieve the fruit core-removing,and the second-pass of beating can realizes automatic separation of the fruit core, peel and residue.

Working Principle

A belt drive the motor to make the rotor part installed on the spline shaft rotate at high speed. The fruit enters the machine from the feed port,and the feeding blade spirally transports the material to the beating rod,which plays a role in the beating rod.The material was smashed.

Due to centrifugal force,the juices and pulp in raw material(have become pulpy) pass through the sieve holes on the screen to enter the next stage of beating(the sieve holes are based on the size of the fruit core),and the core is removed from the slag pulp blade.The slag outlet can realize automatic separation of slurry and slag.
