Tighten all bolts and screws on the machine regularly to ensure that the components are securely fastened and to prevent any loose parts that could cause malfunctions or damage.
Regularly clean both the interior and exterior of the machine to maintain its cleanliness.
Before operation, it is important to check the rotational direction of the mixing shaft,and the machine should be operated for a duration of one minute to ensure proper functioning.
Feed the fruits equably for continuous production, and the machine is thoroughly cleaned after each use to maintain hygiene.
It is important to periodically inspect and lubricate bearing,gear, and sprockets,ensuring that the lubricating grease is sufficient.
Working Principle
The machine is mainly compose of a frame,transmission reducer, feed hopper, three press roller,,two knife roller,a juice outlet,,slag outlet and other components.
Except for the transmission parts,the whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel and the blade is 440C.
When the power is turned on,the fruits will fed into the hopper.They will then pass through the first and the second pressure rollers for crushing and broken.then enter the first and third pressure rollers for juice extraction,where the skin is efficiently separated and collected in the peel collector.Meanwhile,the juice and some pulp will flow out through the juice outlet,thus achieving the purpose of juice extraction.
