Working Principle

It consists of a motor drive system, feed hopper, spiral propeller, screen, blocker, collection tank, support frame, hydraulic cylinder and other parts.
Materials enter into the equipment from the feeding port. it uses the principle of progressive extrusion to squeeze out the moisture from the material. The contact material part is made of 304 stainless steel. Spiral blade and screen thickening, which extends the service life of the equipment. There are many different types of equipment that are widely used in processing kitchen waste, domestic waste,vegetable and fruits waste, Sawdust, Chinese medicine residue, animal manure, plastic slag and other fibrous materials.

The forming apparatus includes motor,belt wheel,spiral propeller,material bin, piston driving system, piston, mold, pedestal, forming barrel and otherparts.

Application

Variable diameter screw press is capable of handling a diverse array of materials.Its primary function is to compress materials to extract liquids from solids.The following materials are suitable for processing:

Fruits and Vegetables:It is suitable for extracting juice form fruits and vegetables that contain fiber,such as apples,grapes(including their skin),berries,oranges,carrots,tomatoes,cabbages,gingers,spinach,and more.its can also dispose of waste fruits and vegetables for reducing the volume and weight.

Biomass and Fibrous Materials:Variable diameter screw press are capable of processing biomass materials, like wood chips, sawdust, as well as agricultural residues such as corn husks, straws, and grass.

Dehydration of various manure: These presses are capable of processing animal manure, including cow dung, pig manure, poultry litter, and duck manure, typically for the purpose of dewatering the liquid manure.

Other:Filter residue,diaper waste, cellulose, medical waste,rubber waste,paper pulp, plastic.it is highly effective in dewatering a variety of waste residues,such as herbal residues,brewers gains,sauce residues,and coffee residues.However,it is important to know that the material should process fibers with particle size exceeding 1.5mm.Please be advised that this machine is not suitable for material without fibers.
